What to expect?

During a PMU tattoo session, you can expect a detailed consultation where we’ll discuss your desired look, color, and shape. Once we’ve agreed on the design, I’ll numb the treatment area to ensure you're as comfortable as possible throughout the procedure. The process itself typically takes 1-2 hours, depending on the area being treated, with pigment applied layer by layer to achieve the desired result. To properly prep for your PMU session, avoid alcohol, caffeine, and blood-thinning medications (like aspirin) for 24-48 hours beforehand, as they can increase the risk of bleeding and affect the pigment’s retention. Also, avoid waxing, tinting, or any exfoliating treatments on the area for at least a week prior to your appointment. Following these guidelines will help ensure a smoother procedure and better results.

  • To book your PMU appointment, please submit an email with clear, well-lit photos of the area you’re interested in (brows, lips, or eyeliner) so I can assess if you’re a good candidate for the procedure. Once I’ve reviewed your photos and discussed medical history, I’ll confirm if you're eligible to proceed. If approved, your appointment will be added to our scheduling system, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with your appointment details. This process ensures that we’re fully prepared for your session and that we can achieve the best possible results for you! Appointments are currently only available on Mondays & Saturdays @ 12pm or 2pm and require a booking fee.

Following these aftercare instructions closely will help the pigment settle properly and ensure a beautiful, long-lasting outcome.

  • Certain health conditions and circumstances can make permanent makeup (PMU) procedures unsuitable or increase the risk of complications. Contraindications include pregnancy, active skin infections, open wounds, or conditions like eczema or psoriasis in the treatment area. Individuals with autoimmune disorders, blood clotting disorders, or those taking blood thinners may also need to avoid PMU procedures. It's important to disclose any medical conditions or medications during your consultation to ensure safety and the best possible outcome. The pigment may fade over time and touch-ups may be required to maintain the desired look. No guarantee of perfect or permanent results is made, as individual skin tones and healing processes vary.

    Healing Process: Proper aftercare is critical for optimal results. Failure to follow the aftercare instructions may result in infection, uneven pigmentation, or poor healing. It is your responsibility to follow these instructions carefully.

    Touch-ups & Corrections: Permanent makeup may require touch-ups or adjustments after the healing process. These will be offered at an additional cost. Some clients may require multiple sessions to achieve their desired results, and additional charges may apply.

    No Refunds: Due to the nature of permanent makeup procedures, all services are non-refundable once the procedure has been performed. If you are dissatisfied with the results, we can discuss possible corrections or touch-ups.

    Liability: By proceeding with the procedure, you release Crystal Garcia and AWAKENED SINNER LLC from any liability related to complications arising from the procedure, including but not limited to infection, allergic reactions, and dissatisfaction with results.

  • Your privacy and confidentiality are of utmost importance. All personal information shared during your permanent makeup procedure will be kept strictly confidential in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

    However, please be aware that before and after photos will be taken during your permanent makeup procedure for insurance and documentation purposes. These images will be stored securely and may be used for training or promotional purposes, but only with your explicit consent. If you prefer not to have your photos used for such purposes, please inform me prior to the procedure.

    By booking your appointment, you acknowledge and consent to the use of these photos as outlined above. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Please note that all booking fees and payments for permanent makeup services are non-refundable. A $150 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment, and this fee will be applied toward the cost of your service. In the event of a cancellation or no-show, the booking fee is forfeited.

    If you need to reschedule, please give at least 48 hours' notice to avoid losing your deposit. We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests within a reasonable timeframe.
